Around Bexhill was set up with three main goals:

One of the most important things a small local business or shop can offer is the kind of personal service that many thought died out long ago. People who provide excellent advice, services and goods deserve recognition.

3. Promote Bexhill

As the chain stores take over, one town centre starts to look very much like another. Bexhill has managed to maintain its character and individuality, and people need to be made aware of this.

Who funds “Around Bexhill”?

All the set-up costs of this site were borne by Danaseg Ltd.

All town centre shops and businesses are listed on this site automatically and without the need to purchase feature space or advertising.

Shops and businesses wishing to have a feature page pay a nominal annual sum. If the business or shop wishes, a web domain can be purchased to point to their page; this is charged at cost.

Registered charities may be entitled to a feature page at a special rate. Any charities wishing to apply for a reduced rate should contact us by email at enquiry@around-bexhill.co.uk quoting the charity name, the nature of business (e.g. shop, cafe, office) and the charity number. Each application will be assessed on its own merits.
