It is owned by Lee and Kirsty Smith who took over the business in December 2003. They have managed to increase the already good reputation that the shop had to a very high level.
Lee has been a baker since 1984 and has used the best of his experience to produce some very tasty cakes as well as great bread and rolls. All the bread, rolls and cakes are made on the premises by hand from scratch to a very high standard. Lee was the Head Baker at the Dorchester Hotel in London as well as a couple of other high class establishments, so he knows how a top class product should be made.
The shop also sells delicious cooked meat as well as local honey and jams with lots of other deli products to choose from.
If you fancy a takeaway roll or sandwich then we have a huge choice of bread, rolls and fillings, again which are all made by us on the premises.
